You Will Lose Belly Fat With The Day Off Diet

There are four basic body shapes for women: Apple, pear, banana or straight, & hourglass. If you are reading this article trying to figure out how to lose your belly fat the chances are you are an “apple” shaped female. An apple shaped person stores their fat mostly in their upper body.
The bad news is there isn’t anything you can really do about the basic shape of your body. Your basic body shape is not really something that you can change because it’s not possible to change your genes.
What this means is that all of the advertisements you see for products which claim to target the fat in your belly are based on a false premise. You cannot target your body’s fat like this.
Does that mean that your quest to get rid of your belly fat is destined for failure? Definitely not. What it means is you need to change your perspective.
Don’t think about pinpointing the fat in your belly instead think about how you can go about lowering your overall fat levels.
Ab exercise and diet pills are not the answer. Starting a metabolism boosting diet is the real key. The best diet program to start is The Day Off Diet because it forces your body to burn fat faster and it has the very important added benefit of being extremely easy to follow.
That aspect is too often overlooked. There is no reason to start a new diet program unless you are actually going to stick with that program until you complete your original goal? You need to start this metabolism boosting diet because you will stick with it until you get rid of all of your excess fat (including that stubborn belly fat.)
The key is to get started with this new diet right away, don’t wast time procrastinating!
