Yellow Subs Extreme Weight Loss Review

By Kenj | December 23, 2009

From what we know, there are many people who choose not to exercise, citing reasons that they do not have time for it. Or, even if they have a few minutes to spare, they are already quite exhausted from the rough day at work to even bother with lifting a single finger to exercise. While we understand the dilemmas of these people, we also know that their decisions to forego exercise might not be the best option for them. Actually, even if a person eats healthy and well-balanced meals, these efforts in attempting to have a healthier state of living would be pointless if exercise is not a part of the regimen.

The body mass index or BMI is one way of assuming individuals that exceeds to 30 and became in the obese condition. In this stage the difficulty in their lifestyles became distinguishable because of their bodies that are quite heavy and they find it hard to move freely.

Yellow Subs Extreme is a thermogenic supplement designed to give dieters extra support. It claims to aids dieters in reaching their weight training and fat loss goals by rising fat metabolism, preserving lean muscle tissue, and supporting lipid transport. While this product is helpful in many ways it also contains a very long warning list omitting many individuals from using the product. This is usually the case when we see the word “Extreme” used in the product name. We guess utmost means – over the top, and not in a good way.  A closer look at the ingredients will determine the validity of these particular claims. From the data we gathered, we discovered that Yellow Subs Extreme contains the following in its formulation: Green Tea Extract, Cocoa Bromine, Cayenne pepper extract, L-Phenylanine, Green Coffee Bean Extract, NADH and Jaborandi.

Both Green Tea Extract and Cocoa Bromine have high amounts of Caffeine. This may lead to several health concerns because caffeine is known to produce certain health risky for the body such as jitteriness, insomnia, nervousness, palpitations, and even heart failure.  Another thing that made us displeased with the formulation of Yellow Subs Extreme is that it claims to be a very powerful thermogenic fat burner even if it does not contain a patented fat burning ingredient. Although Cayenne pepper extract has minor thermogenic properties, we think that bitter orange extract would be more effective as an all natural fat burner. Specifically, a patented form of bitter orange extract known as Advantra-Z could be very helpful in reducing fat and promoting weight loss.

All of these factors lead to a very long Warning list, including those who have high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid disease, chocolate allergies, or are taking caffeine elsewhere. Supposing there is only as much caffeine as two cups of coffee in each serving of Yellow Subs Extreme, the use of so many other stimulants within the product is dangerous. In addition to Advantra-Z, we also believe that an effective weight loss supplement should contain the dominant appetite suppressant Hoodia Gordonii.  Hoodia Gordonii is effective in curbing the appetite while Advantra-Z, the patented form of Bitter Orange Extract, is a powerful fat burner and metabolic enhancer.
