Get Enough Sleep

It is essential to keep this tip at the top of your priority list. When you have insufficient sleep it can have a harmful effect on your weight. For optimum rest and well being, evidence shows that adults should get 7-8 hours a night.

Eating more food for energy is common when you are over tired. As time passes this will lead you to weight gain. You can reduce your desire to eat extra food for energy by ensuring that you get the correct amount of sleep.

The way your body works is also impacted by a long-term lack of sleep. When your body is less efficient it hangs on to more fat.

Treat Yourself
