Ways To Lose Waist Fat and Hip Fat in a Couple of Months
By Robert | March 10, 2009
If you want to lose waist fat and remove that hip fat that you have been carrying around, then using the right methods will get you there in the quickest time possible.
By following these methods you will lose waist fat, hip fat, and fat from other areas of your body. This is because you cannot lose fat from just a certain part of your body. Simply because your body is one complete organism and works as one.
Getting rid of the fat from your waist and hips will require a reduction in calories. I can see you at this very moment giving out a big sigh, as this just sounds like a diet. To get the body you want, this is something that will be necessary. If you don't want to do this, then thats ok. You will get minimal results.
You need to reduce your calorie consumption by about five hundred calories. Missing meals will not be the answer. This is done by reducing the portion size of your meals.Doing this on its own will reduce hip fat and waist fat. What you then need to do is to add some exercise, as this will really speed things up (is that another sigh? ). Start to exercise and you will reach your goals in a far shorter time.
Most people would turn to traditional methods of cardio to lose fat. Doing cardio for hours on end is not the most productive method to reduce fat. Using interval training in your workouts will enable you to lose waist fat and hip fat far more quickly than you ever thought possible.
The definition of interval training is that you train at a steady pace for 2-4 minutes and then you go as fast as you can from 1-2 minutes. You return to a steady pace for 3-4 minutes. This allows faster fat loss and provides an increased effectiveness in your metabolism. This results in your metabolism burning more calories.
After two weeks make a 200 calorie reduction in your diet. Also increase the time that you speed up in your workouts. After a couple of weeks repeat this. A note of caution though; don't go below 1500 calories a day. Also add some abs routines into your training. Simply because when you have lost your waist fat, and hip fat, you will be able to see some good definition of the stomach area.
The cardio exercise that you choose to do will be your preference. Pick one that you are going to be comfortable with and are going to stick with. The secret is to stick with this for just a couple of months. Do this and it will only be a matter of time when you can say “I used to have waist fat and hip fat, but I lost it”.
