    First, how is the fat in oil the? same as the fat in a burger? There are different types of fats and all have different effects on the body. How is 30g of fat in a meal good anyway? Absurd. Second, not all carbohydrates act the same way on the body either. And lastly, but more importantly, fast food is pumped with chemicals, so it’s not all about the calorie breakdown. If you want to age faster, have diseases by the time you hit 30 and break your body down, then keep preaching your fast food.

    I? do the hot-air popped popcorn with spray on butter alternative – the kind I have says it has TRACE amounts of fat and otherwise no cal* — it’s great tasting.
    I love pistachios. Oven roasted Chick Peas are great. and hummus on homemade pita chips (out of whole wheat tortillas)

    I disagree.Nuts are calorie dense food but one serving of nuts is not high calories at all.
    One serving is around 170calories.That’s 50 more calories than an apple or banana. And I? don’t even want to start comparing with the snacks that the average American is eating daily. 170 calories is low for me.

    hahaha! i never said cut out ever kind of “good food” lol i personally like making my own stuff and very much enjoy it. but when it comes to crap with chemicals that ppl hav never heard of and dont know their effects and or havnt been researched or even worse havnt been named on the packaging then i do believe that its not worth eating it and im? sure even you know that

    I’m sorry you can’t see the other point of view, Fast food has done more good than harm, it allows people to eat quickly and at a low price, they don’t hold a gun to your head and tell you? to eat a lot of it, eat it in moderation and you’ll be fine, otherwise you can be a “health nut” and cut out every nice food from your diet because you think it’s killing you (like cheesecake, burgers, cookies)

    because i want to proove myself that i am capable too, i am strong too, and when i see her muscles and her abs contracting god damn it I WANT THAT TOO!!! and by all means i will sweat like a pig if i have too, but i am not giving up!!!! if u get insolted u don’t just stand there, you REACT,? so feel insolted every day and REACT by exercising and get rid of the stress by workingout…this is all i wanted to say..so :) have a nice day, we’ll keep in touch

    so it just hit me,? like a slap behind your head!!!!HARD WORK, so i looked on youtube for bodyweight exercises and only 2 channels caught my attention. and what i liked about them was that these 2 girls are showing real workouts with real results.and if u want results u don’t get stuck on what colour their pants are or how big their boobs are!NO! what i care is how do they do a specific exercise, what is the correct position.and after i see a workout posted by bikinitrainer i try it right away

    :) nice to see u read my comment and that u took the? time to reply :) 10x, but if i may be allowed to say something more: i letf a comment on your site too, saying that i started working out regularly not too long ago.i was not fat, but i could lose some weight, but the biggest problem was that i was lazy and therefore tired, bad mood, not energyzed and also my eating habits were…they SUCKED! and i was wondering how do all these women that i saw in pictures look so good, and toned and fresh???

    Thanks you zuzka fan :) What you just wrote is the reality, and that is what I’m trying to tell everybody! Hot body comes only with hard work! I know what you mean by working out every day. I am the same. Today I am so sore from the workouts I did yesterday, it was brutal but I love this pain! It’s a good kind? of pain where you make your body stronger with every new workout! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK IT WILL BE ONLY REWARDING! :) Sacrifice one small thing so you can gain something BIG!!!
