Reverse Osmosis Drinking water

Weight loss and drinking water you must be asking how will that help me in my weight loss program. Drinking good clean drinking water it will certainly help in your quest to lose weight.
What is reverse osmosis drinking water anyway?
It is a fact that most people in the world today are dehydrated. In my opinion we should all drink more water. Two to Three litres of water each day for most people is recommended.
And if you drink the right amount of water each day this will reduce your appetite, and in turn this will help in your quest to lose weight. If you want to improve your skin condition then drinking more water can help to achieve this. If you have a friend that is suffering from skin problems often by drinking more water can certainly help in his or her aid to recovery. The cause of lots of skin disorders can point to drinking tap water.
In my opinion drinking water is probably the most valuable resources we have in the world today. In most circumstances its easy not to appreciate this.
Have you ever wondered why we don’t drink enough water? I believe that the water we drink from the tap is just not safe. When the tap is running the reek of chlorine in the water is overpowering and I refuse to drink water from the tap and that has been my practice for many years. I have been fortunate to have had a reverse osmosis drinking water system and would never change from that by choice. The amount of time the water is filtrated is the main reason.
We can not produce water in the world at this time of writing this article all our water is recycled many times. If the water companies did not add chlorine to the water it would come out of your tap discoloured and that is enough to put you off of water for life.

If I were to ask you a question would you go out and buy a bottle of chlorine and drink it? No of course not so why do we drink tap water which is full of chlorine.I believe most folks don’t realise the real facts in this area.
A good friend of mine some years ago was diagnosed with cancer and when he shared this with me I was devastated to say the least. Fortunately for him he had a very good doctor who suggested that he consumed plenty of water, but not just water from the tap but from a reverse osmosis drinking water. At the time he really didn’t understand this. He felt that he had always drunk plenty of tea and coffee why should he be drinking water from a reverse osmosis home system. On researching the subject he decided he would not even wash in the water let alone drink or cook his food in it. Needless to say he made a complete recovery an since then has always drunk water from a reverse osmosis home system and influenced me to do the same.
So what is in our water: liquid chlorine, Flourosilicic acid,. There are certain chemicals put into water for example; Aluminium sulphate, Calcium Hydroxide, Sodium Silicofluoride quite frequently.
You are probably thinking like I did I don’t really like drinking water the taste is not that great. When you taste the water from a reverse osmosis home system you will love it and want to drink more water and that will lead to more energy and better health and lose those pounds to improve your self esteem
