Is drinking liquid a good way to lose weight fast?

There are a number of reasons for this.  Our bodies are very good at processing our foods but they struggle when it is too complicated to digest.

A lot of modern day foods are very highly processed and ready to eat quickly but this does not mean they are quick to digest.  Often our bodies take a long time to sort through the food we eat to make use of the food fuel for our every day living.  When we use liquid food or Juices it is already in a form that our bodies can more readily use.  This means we can feel the benefit of vitamins, protiens, etc., more immedialtely.  It also means that our bodies do not have to deal with all the waste products from highly processed foods which it will often isolate and store as fat for a later time or because it can’t use it.

By drinking Juices we find that our energy levels increase because the juices contain “live ” nutrients that is it is in its raw state.  In a juice drink we can easily drink the minimum recommended intake of five fruits and vegetables a day.

Juices also help the body to get rid of waste products. This means we no longer need to store waste or unused fats. Our bodies also become more able to run efficiently as nature intended and this means we will lose the extra fat quite naturally.  We will also be healthier and less prone to sicknesses.

While it would not be a good idea to only drink our food, it is important to recognise that a good mixture of foods is important.  No one would suggest we never go out for a meal or never have a home cooked meal but rather that we should think very carefully about what our bodies consume.  Our bodies are after all supposed to be made up of 70% water so it makes sense that foods we eat have a high water content. We need to be kind to our bodies and look after our liver so that we do not put on excessive weight. Drinking liquid is a good way to lose weight fast as it helps our bodies to function better and keep our weight in check.
