Eat enough calories but not too many
It is important to maintain a balance between your calorie intake and calorie expenditure. The average recommended daily allowance is 2,000 calories, but this depends on your age, sex, height, weight, and physical activity. By learning not to overeat is one simple method to avoid exceeding this limit.
Expand your food choices
Healthy eating involves expanding your range of choices by trying new foods. Whole some natural foods especially like vegetables, whole grains, or fruits should be included in your diet plan.
Keep portion size small
