Fast easy free ways to lose weight

There really are fast easy free ways to lose weight, what we need is a basic understanding of our bodies and some lateral thinking.
To lose weight we need to reduce our intake of food and increase our output of energy. This means we need to look at what we are eating and when we are eating. Many of us eat each day without thinking or planning. We need a strategy.
Every day we need to have a breakfast, lunch and tea with possibly a supper to look forward to. This means we only eat one main meal in a day with lighter snacks. Breakfast can be a juice drink made in a juicer from vegetables and fruit, followed by a vegetable and meat dinner with a salad and protein (maybe cottage cheese, quinoa) tea, finished off with fruit or even a yogurt for supper. No snacking or alchohol but plenty of water. One can vary the meals without spending a fortune but have lots of fish and white meat rather than red meat. Should you need to eat out, many restaurants have low calorie meals like weightwatcher and vegetarian options. One tip though is to cut down before you go out then the body does not overload with food and you don’t add lots of pounds on that one meal out.
With regard to free output of energy, then the best ways are to walk the extra stop to the bus, go for evening strolls/power-walking. Even the garden can be our friend as weeding, planting and even mowing the lawn cankeep us working out. Another often forgotten area is housework it is amazing how much energy is used by dusting and hoovering, especially if all the furniture is moved and the rugs beaten on the line. Why not do a major spring clean and sort out the spare room you’ve been putting off, the Do It Yourself jobs you’ve left.
Another idea is to go dog walking or even play with the children – a healthy round of French cricket or Baseball can do wonders.
These ideas if used wisely really can be fast easy free ways to lose weight.
