Does Drinking Lots Of Water Help You To Lose Weight?

The most vital component for losing fat stored in our body is all around us. It is increased over two third part of the planet. If your diet and exercise routine is proper, but still need to lose weight, you are probably just not drinking enough water. Drinking lots of water does help you lose weight and it also helps you lose it faster.
Most of the people remain in a permanent state of dehydration because they do not drink enough water.I was also pulling around a few extra pounds than was healthy for me.So, to become slim, or at least make a good start towards becoming slim, I started drinking more water. It worked because it gave me more energy as my metabolism started working differently.I worked on some research and this is what I discovered about metabolism.
There are many types of metabolism going on in a person’s body at all times, but to lose weight your metabolism needs to convert fat to energy which is what the liver does.But the liver also does other works – like to pick up the duties of the kidneys when they are not working properly.If you are not hydrated, your kidneys are water deprived and the liver has to do the work of kidneys work as well as its own.When the liver does the work of kidneys, it can’t process fat to produce energy quickly as it does when kidneys function properly.So, the result is – the fat stores up.It is just the same as you do extra work of somebody else in his absence with your own work.And your desk gets covered up with pending work.
The problem is, often we decide to increase our water intake, but we don’t follow it religiously.During the first few days of drinking more water than our bodies are use to, we were running to the bathroom again and again. To be frank, this can be very discouraging, and can certainly interfere with a normal day.We think that water is coming out just as fast as it’s going in, and so most of us decide we should give up the habit of drinking water.
Our bodies are flushing out the water that has been stored through years of what is called “survival mode”. But as we continue to drink a lot of water, our body starts getting rid of what it doesn’t need – which is the water that has been stored in our thighs, ankles and hips. We are getting rid of water that our bodies realize they don’t need anymore.We usually reach what is called a “break though” point, at this point our bodies will let us return to normal and we are not going to the restroom as much.
