Do you [know|understand|recognize] why you are [overweight|obese|flabby|chunky]? You are [overweight|obese|flabby|chunky] because you are [eating|consuming|ingesting] the [wrong|incorrect] [things|items|foods]  at the [wrong|incorrect] times of the day, not because you are not getting enough exercise!

Once you [understand|know|recognize] this, then the corollary is true. You can get [THIN|FIT|TRIM|SKINNY] by [eating|consuming|ingesting] the [right|correct] [things|items|foods] at the [right|correct] times. A [powerful|great] concept and [truly|really|actually] one that will do you wonders as you [decide|choose] that you want to [lose weight|drop some pounds|shrink your waistline] [quickly|fast|rapidly|as quick as possible]. Most [people|individuals] go down the [wrong|incorrect|mistaken] [path|course] and [figure|believe] they better [stop|quit|end] [eating|consuming|ingesting] and/or just start [exercising|working out] as their [strategy|approach|technique].
