A Fat Loss Diet Simple Enough for an Idiot

Did you ever intentionally become an idiot? I did, and I’m glad I did. I chose to act like an idiot with respect to my diet. And you might be surprised to hear it, but it works! You heard me right. By behaving like an idiot, I’m have been able to keep eating foods I like and still lose weight. Now that you’re totally confused, let me explain.

I acted like an idiot by joining Fat Loss 4 Idiots following their diet plan. The plan is easy to follow, in part because it doesn’t require you to stop eating carbs, or eliminate all fat, or subsist on only grapefruit. Because there’s nothing extreme about this diet, you can follow it without feeling starved or getting cravings for your favorite foods. Now this isn’t a miracle diet. You do have to include some exercise in your life, but the plan seems to have the nutrition side of the equation figured out.

The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan is a good one because the foods that you eat on the diet are name brands that can be found at virtually any supermarket. The plan promotes being able to lose 9 pounds in 11 days.. One of the key ideas in this plan is that if you starve yourself to lose weight, it will teach your body to burn fewer calories, and if you eat more your body will adapt and burn more. The idea makes sense & takes into account the way our bodies work. The diet plan offers good nutrition and good old-fashioned common sense.

Everyone who has tried to diet and lose weight has first-hand experience with that fact that if they don’t like the food on the menu, they won’t eat it, and the weight loss system will fail. A person who feels deprived gets depressed and loses the motivation they need to stay on the program. In order to accomplish your weight loss and fat loss goals, you need a diet that teaches you a sustainable way of eating.

This diet has showed me a more balanced way of eating, one I can stick with. It has shown me that the food combinations I eat are more important than the amount of food I eat. Now I lose weight by eating frequently while choosing the right combinations. The pounds have begun to melt off of me and I feel a renewed sense of vitality and energy.
