Good, solid advice in bite sized pieces,
This book is great for giving you an easy plan to follow to lose weight and get healthy.
What makes it different is it gives you a small habit to implement every day. No one habit is difficult to do or hard to follow every day. By the end of 30 days, you are on your way to a much healthier body.
I’m following this myself and am on Day 15.
The only drawback I found is that some of the exercises suggested, although easy for most people to do, are impossible for me. So those I just replaced those with exercises that I can do.

Great, simple, practical and easy to follow advice,
Yeah, I’ll admit I was skeptical at first when I saw this book. I’ve read a lot of dieting books, and stuck with a lot of diets…for a little while… but I figured I’d take a chance since it cost considerably less than most of the diet books collecting dust around here. I’m glad I did. As a food aficionado, I’ve got to admit I have the worst willpower when it comes to saying no to good food…and bad food! That’s part of the reason I ended up with diabetes in my early 30s. I’ll be the first to admit it – I’ve lost many a round in the battle of the bulge. I’ve tried every trick in the book to lose weight and keep it off, or so I thought before this nifty little book made me realize I was just reading the wrong books all along! My cheap side really appreciated that this book didn’t cost much, and I was also tickled that it didn’t try and sell me on any gimmicks, fancy equipment or expensive and unrealistic food choices.
It’s simple, but that’s the beauty of it! It’s really well organized in steps that are easy to implement and presented in a way that I honestly feel is the key to developing healthy eating and exercise habits. I am excited about putting these tips into play in my life. This time, I know it’s going to make a difference because this book contains such a realistic and doable plan of action that I know even I can do it!

Effective tips,
This guide is exactly what you would hope and think it would be from the title. It is just a whole lot of effective weight loss tips. No fluff or unimportant stuff throughout the whole thing. It simply tells you the tip and gives you a brief explanation on why that particular thing will help with the weight loss. The tips are not complicated or expensive stuff that is really hard to do, it is easy and simple.
If you need a little more to get your weight loss going, this guide can offer some advice to help you with it.

not accurate,
He says fall in love with diet coke?
WRONG! Diet coke has cancer causing agents and can be bad for your health.he says eat lots of cheese and ham, too much cheese will fatten you up and ham or pork holds alot of toxins, too much meat slows your digestion down therefore giving you a larger gut.there are many other books out there with professional knowledge.This may have worked for him but I suggest read a variety of books and true weightloss nutrition will make better since.
