3 Killer Ab workout Tips

Today I am going to share some awesome tips for a amazing looking 6 pack. You might be surprised when you learn what these tips are. The amazing thing is that it does not involve magic pills and solutions. I found out (after $500) that magic pills simply do not work.
In this article I will show you how to get a ripped mid section. I guarantee that you will see a difference by following these methods.
Abs Tip #1-
The tip is to set goals to accomplish your dream. I am sure you’ve set goals before and never achieved them. This is why following my plan of successs will help you succeed. I think that you should set goals that have two ingredients. To begin you need to have a detailed goal. Write down the exact blueprint that you need to complete your goal. The second thing is making sure you have a timeframe. Deadlines are great because they give you a time frame. Without a time frame you’ll just put your goal off until tomorrow.
Abs Tip #2-
The next tip is what separates the men from the boys and the women from the girls. A goal with no movement towards the goal a dream. If you are not doing anything then it does not matter how planned or motivated you are you will not reach your goal. You need to think about whether or not you are willing to pay the prince. Are you willing to do the work 99% of the population isn’t willing to do to get a nice set of abs?
Abs Tip #3-
The last tip is to keep track of your progress. If you follow this plan you will see results in as little as a week. Each day track what you are eating. Write down the calories, carbs, fat, and protein that the food you eat contains. Make a note of the days you workout. Write down what exercise you completed and how many sets and reps you completed. By taking note of what you have done you can see where you are heading.
